Charter Hall’s new Lansell Square Redevelopment in Bendigo was staged to allow continuous trade.

The project involved replacement of the existing Coles supermarket, relocation of the existing ‘mini-major’, extension and refurbishment of at-grade car parking, re-mix of the existing specialty tenancies and internal refurbishment of the mall and public amenity.

Provision was also be made for additional specialty retail including a medical centre.

The project was completed late 2014.
