Montlaur was engaged over a period of 2 years to manage the design and construction for 3 stages of work at 485 La Trobe Street.

The first stage involved upgrading the base building services to achieve a NABERS rating including a chiller replacement, metering, BMS and carpark lighting upgrade. The works were followed by the ground floor lobby upgrade consisting of a complete replacement of the two entry points, lighting upgrade, shell and core retail space and feature glass works with integrated signage. The foyer remained operational throughout the construction.

The final stage involved the upgrade of end of trip facilities, lift lobbies and amenities on 7 floors including tiling and rebalancing of lift cars. These works were staged to ensure minimal disruption to the tenants whilst maintaining access at all times.
