The new CPA tenancy is a modern, functional and efficient workplace in a high quality environment that supports staff and member interaction.
The project consisted of 3 floors of open plan workspace with meeting facilites, collaboration and other support areas. The fourth floor is a dedicated members floor which accommodates reception, meeting and training rooms, catering reheat kitchen and members library / knowledge hub. Included in the fitout is a 60 m² data centre serving CPA offices internationally.
CPA relocated to Freshwater Place in 2009.
