Montlaur was engaged to facilitate the design and construction of a new tenancy fitout and manage the relocation.
The key project challenges included a fast track design period of 5 months, the need to tender the head contract over the industry shut down period, a condensed construction program and achieving an optimal ESD result within the budget constraint of $1,200/m2.
The project achieved a 5 Star Green Star Office Interiors rating.
