The IGA Seville development consisted of a new 2,000 m² extension to an existing supermarket and staged refurbishment of the existing store. The project scope also extended to the fitout integration of a bank and retail space.

The existing store successfully remained in full trading and operation throughout the entire duration of the project due to a complex staging and decanting strategy.
