Montlaur was engaged to manage the design and construction of the fitout for International Power’s new accommodation at level 33, Rialto Towers.
Occupying a single floor plate, the tenancy spanned across both the North and South towers. The fitout was predominantly open plan supported by front of house and back of house meeting spaces, a central breakout, two smaller teapoints and a reception incorporating cutting edge design.
The construction was completed within 8 weeks.
