Clubhouse & Accommodation Redevelopment, 46 London Bridge Road, Portsea VIC

$14 million
Development Management, Project Management & Superintendent Services

The Portsea Golf Club Redevelopment involves a 21 lot subdivision, new clubhouse facility (including hotel accommodation) and golf course alterations.

Montlaur acted as development and project manager, with the focus of the project to realise the development potential of an existing subdivision whilst balancing the golf needs of the course and club, its members and the local community.

The ultimate project goal was to maintain the Portsea Golf Club as one of the pre-eminent golf courses and clubs on the Mornington Peninsula with a brand new clubhouse funded through developing the subdivision.

Portsea Golf Club officially reopened in May 2013.

The project was bestowed the 2014 Australian Institute of Building (AIB) Victorian Chapter Award for ’Professional Excellence in Construction’.
