TAL is Australia’s major specialist life insurer. Spanning across five levels, TAL’s new Melbourne office set the challenge to deliver a light and durable fitout, commensurate with modern expectations, on a very tight budget.

The project involved a refurbishment and refreshment of the corporate accommodation on levels 4 to 8, creation of informal secure meeting spaces, an advanced audio visual system and base building amenities upgrade.

The construction works were delivered over a duration of 12 weeks under a fixed lump sum contract.

Montlaur relocated TAL from 501 Swanston Street in July 2013 over 3 staged relocations to facilitate ongoing occupation at their existing premises.
