Transurban relocated to their new head office at the iconic Collins Square development in mid 2014.

Transurban’s brief included for no offices, Activity Based Working and design for flexibility. These targets were met resulting in a spectacular new working environment with a large range of work settings and an impressive front of house showcasing a large media wall and circular meeting hub.

The tenancy has impressive views to the north, east and south east which take in many of Transurban’s assets. The office space comprises 4,500 m² over the building’s top 2 levels and consists generally of an open plan working environment with approximately 400 work points, front of house and hub, meeting rooms, internal connecting stair and north facing outdoor wintergarden.

The fitout works commenced in September 2013 under a fixed lump sum contract and were partially integrated with the base building works.
