Montlaur was engaged to undertake a complete refurbishment at level 4, 555 Bourke Street, to relocate Willis Group from their existing premises at 370 Bourke Street.

After assisting with due diligence on the new premises during the site search phase, Montlaur was engaged under a Construction Management contract to manage the consultant appointments, design, trade tender, contract administration and construction works.

The fitout comprises 2 separate wings of open plan office space combined with offices, teapoints and a state of the art data centre to control Willis’ Australasian IT requirements.

The project was successfully completed in March 2013 more than 10 percent under budget and within the original program.
